Internal sealing
In case of a subsequent internal sealing there are predominantly mineral resp. flexible thickening muds in connection with an inhibiting plaster resp. refurbishing plaster or calciumsilicate panels that come into operation. Initially the damaged wall coating is layed open until the core masonry. This is done mechanically with a caulking hammer, plaster milling machine or a dry ice beam. The clapped-out fugue Network is cleaned up by a milling machine and afterwards newly grouted with a locking mortar. In case of need the whole masonry can be equalized with a water-repellent plaster. At the ground-level connection a 45 degree fugue is set into the ground level resp. into the masonry by a special notch milling machine. Afterwards the ground level is sealed with a concave molded inhibiting mortar. The lower area is applied with a slurry type seal coating in an airless process wet-in-wet at a minimum of 3mm (dry layer). Because there will be defrost water on the new sealing it is reasonable to arrange accompanying measures. A refurbishing plaster resp. a calciumsilicate system can now be put up on the water repellent seal.
